Actor ~ Playwright ~ Climate Storyteller
Hi! I’m Luke.
I’m an actor and theatre-maker based in Maine and California, ancestral homelands of the Wabanaki and Mishewal Wappo. I trained at PCPA Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts and the University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theater BFA Actor Training Program. While I am “classically trained”, I’m also deeply invested in re-examining what makes a “classic”, and why. I am eager to make art that challenges the tenets of white supremacy in any capacity, especially at the intersections of climate justice— and without sacrificing my sense of play!
I specialize in puppetry, playwriting, percussion, movement, and independent theatrical producing & directing. I am a proud collaborator with the biennial global initiative “Climate Change Theatre Action”. Watch this space for updates on CCTA 2025!
Thanks for being here.
